Responsibilities:

  • MQL to SQL Conversion: Engage with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to assess their potential. Conduct detailed qualification processes to identify Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

  • Lead Management: Verify lead details to ensure accuracy and completeness. Perform probing and in-depth analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and potential opportunities. Categorize leads into actionable segments for effective follow-up.

  • Data Management: Accurately maintain and update lead data in Excel sheets or other CRM tools. Ensure data integrity and timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and probing skills.

  • 1 yr of Presales experience

  • Proficiency in Excel and basic data management tools.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple leads efficiently.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in lead generation or pre-sales will be an advantage.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
