The Sales Associate role will be part of Exly’s Customer Success Team.
Key Responsibilities -
Responsible for scheduling, executing and moderating webinars, and converting webinar participants into clients for our creators.
Connecting with interested leads post webinar through calls/emails/WhatsApp to improve conversion numbers.
Think of creative ideas to build engagement among participants during webinars.
Follow-up with leads of creators and convert them into paying customers
Come up with suggestions to enhance the success of webinars.
Analyse and maintain success metrics for webinars
Identify and invite speakers to conduct training for creators on various aspects of business.
Required Skills -
An aptitude for selling and a history of converting clients in a standalone sales profile.
High energy and entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong negotiations skills
Prior experience with using Canva, MailChimp or similar tools will be a big plus
