Requirements:

 Acquisition Strategy Ideation & Execution

  • Being  responsible for the pipeline, including monitoring and optimizing our performance marketing campaigns on Meta, YT, LinkedIn ads, Paid search (Google, Bing)

  • Ideate, design, and execute high-impact campaigns to meet set goals

  • Work with partners, agencies, and 3rd parties to develop and execute campaigns

  • Define  growth strategies & own key growth metrics (MQL, SQL, pipeline, revenue conversion).

  • Identify the right mix of marketing programs, channels, and activities to achieve quarterly pipeline goals (including Outbound, Inbound, Events, Webinars amongst others).

Email/ WhatsApp Marketing

  • Create and manage email/ Whatsapp marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Monitor performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Competitive Analysis

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure the company's demand generation strategies remain competitive.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales to align ABM and digital efforts with the overall marketing and sales strategies. Develop a strong partnership with sales to ensure successful lead generation and nurturing.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of demand generation efforts like pipeline contribution, and revenue impact


Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of relevant marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of success running demand generation campaigns for a SaaS or technology company.

  • Have experience implementing demand generation programs and experience generating high quality leads for marketing technology products.

  •  Proven experience in demand generation, inbound marketing, or a similar role. Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.

  •  Have tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, nurturing, scoring, reporting, and analysis.

  •  Have experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer's journey.
