About the role:

We are looking for a customer success manager who possesses a strong drive for results. Duties for the customer success manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining on-going customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, and minimising churn. She/he should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests. 


Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Understand customer’s business and help them leverage Exly’s offerings to the maximum.

  • Sustain Exly’s growth by ensuring retention.

  • Provide unique insights based on customer interactions to support product development.

  • Setup processes and systems for customer support.

  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.

Requirements:  

  • 2-4 years experience in an early-stage start-up environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage.

  • Interpersonal skills, ability to form strong relationships.

  • Experience in setting up customer success systems and processes.

  • Analytical ability to identify root cause of issues and fix problems systematically.

  • Active listener 

  • Self-driven & proactive
