Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand customer’s business and help them leverage Exly’s offerings to the maximum.
Sustain Exly’s growth by ensuring retention.
Provide unique insights based on customer interactions to support product development.
Setup processes and systems for customer support.
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
Requirements:
2-4 years experience in an early-stage start-up environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage.
Interpersonal skills, ability to form strong relationships.
Experience in setting up customer success systems and processes.
Analytical ability to identify root cause of issues and fix problems systematically.
