Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product training sessions to help creators understand and use Exly’s platform.

  • Guide new users through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience.

  • Address queries and provide clear explanations of platform features.

  • Collect feedback to improve training sessions and user experience.
