Role Overview: 

The Program Manager will work closely with the Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to drive the 0-1-10 journey of multiple Growth projects. This role focuses on executing tailored revenue strategies, solving critical business problems, and implementing data-driven solutions that deliver results. 


The ideal candidate will have a sharp analytical mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to juggle multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue strategies with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, pricing, and upselling.

  • Guide projects through early growth stages (0-1 and 1-10) by aligning goals and tracking progress using OKRs/KPIs.

  • Take ownership of growth initiatives and outcomes for projects, ensuring accountability and measurable success.

  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely execution, addressing bottlenecks, and streamlining processes.

  • Analyze customer and market data to optimize strategies and solve scaling challenges.

  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders while providing regular updates to get projects executed. 

Qualifications:

  • Engineering graduate from a Tier 1 college; MBA is a plus.

  • 3-5 years of overall experience, with at least 2+ years in a startup driving growth initiatives or equivalent experience in a consulting role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
