Requirements:
Create, manage, and optimise Meta and Google ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
Understand challenges and blockers with existing sales funnels to increase clients ROI.
Design fresh sales funnels by understanding clients requirements to increase revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as content creators and designers, to develop compelling marketing materials and landing pages.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages, ad copies, and creative elements to improve conversion rates.
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to recommend innovative marketing strategies.
Candidates with client facing role and service industry experience preferred.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in running paid ads and in client facing role.
Proficiency in Facebook ads and Google ads platforms, including campaign creation, targeting, and optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
