With our cutting-edge solutions, we empower these Coaches & Trainers to streamline their operations, enhance productivity, and achieve their business goals more efficiently.


Requirements:

  • Create, manage, and optimise Meta and Google ads campaigns to maximize ROI.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization.

  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve campaign performance.

  • Understand challenges and blockers with existing sales funnels to increase clients ROI.

  • Design fresh sales funnels by understanding clients requirements to increase revenue. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as content creators and designers, to develop compelling marketing materials and landing pages.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages, ad copies, and creative elements to improve conversion rates.

  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to recommend innovative marketing strategies.

  • Candidates with client facing role and service industry experience preferred.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in running paid ads and in client facing role.

  • Proficiency in Facebook ads and Google ads platforms, including campaign creation, targeting, and optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
