Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the social media presence of our Creators, ensuring engaging content, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to the overall social media strategy. The Social Media Executive will play a key role in content creation, approval processes, data analysis, and fostering positive relationships with Creators.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:
  • Craft compelling social media posts for Creators' accounts across various platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the graphic team to develop visually captivating content that aligns with the brand's voice and vision.
  • Facilitate the approval process by coordinating with Creators and obtaining necessary approvals and edits on graphics through a dedicated communication channel.
Metrics Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyse weekly metrics for Creators' social media accounts, identifying trends, areas of improvement, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare concise and insightful reports summarizing key performance indicators and suggesting actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Copywriting and Engagement:
Craft engaging and impactful post copies, captions, and hashtags that resonate with the target audience and adhere to brand guidelines.

Social Media Calendar and Strategy:
  • Assist in the development and execution of the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting of content.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to contribute creative ideas and strategies to enhance the overall social media presence and drive audience engagement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Support the data analysis process by collecting relevant social media data and insights, contributing to the creation of comprehensive reports that evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.

Creator Relations:
Maintain open and effective communication with Creators, addressing their queries, concerns, and suggestions promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with Creators to align content strategies and maintain a positive working relationship.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Knowledge of social media management, content creation, and engagement.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create captivating and relevant content.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with social media trends and industry developments.
