 Requirements:


Handle day-to-day customer and creator support queries via different channels.


Assist with payout, refund, and transaction-related issues by coordinating with internal teams.


Prioritize, tag, and escalate issues based on severity, financial impact, and urgency.


Ensure timely and accurate communication during service disruptions or maintenance windows.


Adhere to defined support SOPs and update internal trackers and dashboards accurately.


Identify recurring issues and share insights with senior CX stakeholders for improvement.


Maintain a customer-first approach while complying with platform policies and resolution timelines.


Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal skills, ability to form strong relationships

  • Experience in setting up customer success systems and processes 

  • Analytical, ability to identify root cause of issues and fix problem systematically

  • Active listener 

  • Self-driven & proactive
