Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing & Ad Tech Optimization:

  •       Monitor campaign performance and drive optimization for key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROI.

  •       Implement A/B testing strategies to optimise ad creatives and landing pages for better performance.

  •       Stay updated on the latest ad tech trends, tools, and platforms.

  •       Evaluate and implement new ad tech solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.


Client Management:

  •       Maintaining a very strong rapport with all the clients that are a part of the funnel marketing business

  •       Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communications across channels and deploy necessary solutions as and when required.


Retention and Expansion:

  •       Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and identify opportunities for account expansion

  •       Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.


Customer Advocacy:

  •       Cultivate a culture of customer advocacy within the team.

  •       Collect and leverage customer feedback to drive product enhancements


Data Analysis & Reporting:

  •       Analyse campaign data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.

  •       Generate regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.

  •       Work closely with the media teams to develop to ensure continuous flow of leads required for the business to grow


Product Adoption:

  •       Drive customer understanding and adoption of Exly's SaaS solutions.

  •       Provide guidance on optimizing the use of our products to meet customer goals.


Team Collaboration:

  •       Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, content, media, finance and tech teams to ensure alignment and integration of revenue operations with overall business objectives.

  •       Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.


Requirement:
  •       4+ yrs of experience in customer facing role & Business Ops

  •       Sound understanding of the online advertising ecosystem including META, Google, YouTube, twitter etc

  •       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

  •       A strong affinity and understanding of numbers, understanding of percentages and commissions, etc.

  •       Combination of post-sale and sales experience with Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  •       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  •       Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
