Performance Marketing & Ad Tech Optimization:
Monitor campaign performance and drive optimization for key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROI.
Implement A/B testing strategies to optimise ad creatives and landing pages for better performance.
Stay updated on the latest ad tech trends, tools, and platforms.
Evaluate and implement new ad tech solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Client Management:
Maintaining a very strong rapport with all the clients that are a part of the funnel marketing business
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communications across channels and deploy necessary solutions as and when required.
Retention and Expansion:
Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and identify opportunities for account expansion
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Customer Advocacy:
Cultivate a culture of customer advocacy within the team.
Collect and leverage customer feedback to drive product enhancements
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyse campaign data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
Generate regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Work closely with the media teams to develop to ensure continuous flow of leads required for the business to grow
Product Adoption:
Drive customer understanding and adoption of Exly's SaaS solutions.
Provide guidance on optimizing the use of our products to meet customer goals.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, content, media, finance and tech teams to ensure alignment and integration of revenue operations with overall business objectives.
Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.
4+ yrs of experience in customer facing role & Business Ops
Sound understanding of the online advertising ecosystem including META, Google, YouTube, twitter etc
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
A strong affinity and understanding of numbers, understanding of percentages and commissions, etc.
Combination of post-sale and sales experience with Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
