We’re looking for a Senior Associate in our Strategy Office to drive our creator incubation model and make a lasting impact. You’ll be the secret weapon behind Exly’s creator incubation model, working closely with digital creators to scale their businesses and boost their revenue—directly impacting Exly’s growth. As their operations, marketing, and strategy partner, you’ll provide hands-on support, solve complex problems, and leverage AI tools to drive results. From ad-led funnels to webinars, 1:1 coaching, or recorded courses, you’ll guide creators to optimize their growth strategies.This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, embraces a 24x7 mindset, and loves turning vision into reality.

Incubate Creators: Support a portfolio of digital creators, guiding their operations, marketing, and strategy to scale their businesses.
Drive Revenue: Your creators’ success is your success. Their revenue growth is your primary metric.
Master Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, teams, and partners.
