Responsibilities:

•  Edit and assemble raw video footage into a polished, visually appealing final product.

•  Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver engaging video content.

•  Ensure video and audio quality, continuity, and synchronisation.

•  Incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance video quality.

•  Optimise videos for various platforms and screen sizes.

•  Stay updated with industry trends and new video editing techniques.

•  Manage and organise video assets, ensuring a well-structured media library.

•  Meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

•  Provide input and contribute creative ideas to video production projects.

Requirements:

• Proficient in using Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects.

• Experience in podcasts & advanced Instagram reel editing is a plus.

• Basic level of understanding of Adobe Photoshop

• Strong creative vision and storytelling skills in both long form and short-form content for social media platforms.

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project goals and deliver designs

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
