Requirements:

🔹 Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

  • Provide timely and efficient resolution to client queries, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

🔹 Automation & Workflow Management

  • Implement and manage automated email and WhatsApp communication to optimize client engagement.

  • Continuously monitor and refine automation workflows for improved efficiency and user experience.

  • Ensure seamless integration of automation tools with other business processes.

🔹 Strategy & Funnel Optimization

  • Work closely with the marketing agency to co-design high-converting funnels.

  • Analyze performance metrics and strategize improvements to enhance conversion rates.

  • Stay updated with industry trends to implement best practices in digital marketing and automation.

🔹 Webinar Support & Backend Operations

  • Assist the creator during live webinars, ensuring smooth execution and technical support.

  • Manage backend operations, including audience engagement, troubleshooting, and follow-ups.

  • Optimize webinar processes to maximize audience participation and conversion.

🔹 Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of webinars, client interactions, and campaign performance.

  • Generate reports and provide regular updates to the management team and the client.

  • Leverage data insights to refine strategies and improve client engagement.

Qualification: 

  • Exceptional Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset – Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges efficiently.

  • Client Handling Expertise – Prior experience in client relationship management, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Tech-Savvy & Analytical – Proficiency in MS Office, presentation tools, research skills, and data analysis.

  • Team Player with Independence – Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
