Requirements:
🔹 Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
Provide timely and efficient resolution to client queries, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
🔹 Automation & Workflow Management
Implement and manage automated email and WhatsApp communication to optimize client engagement.
Continuously monitor and refine automation workflows for improved efficiency and user experience.
Ensure seamless integration of automation tools with other business processes.
🔹 Strategy & Funnel Optimization
Work closely with the marketing agency to co-design high-converting funnels.
Analyze performance metrics and strategize improvements to enhance conversion rates.
Stay updated with industry trends to implement best practices in digital marketing and automation.
🔹 Webinar Support & Backend Operations
Assist the creator during live webinars, ensuring smooth execution and technical support.
Manage backend operations, including audience engagement, troubleshooting, and follow-ups.
Optimize webinar processes to maximize audience participation and conversion.
🔹 Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of webinars, client interactions, and campaign performance.
Generate reports and provide regular updates to the management team and the client.
Leverage data insights to refine strategies and improve client engagement.
Exceptional Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Mindset – Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges efficiently.
Client Handling Expertise – Prior experience in client relationship management, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Tech-Savvy & Analytical – Proficiency in MS Office, presentation tools, research skills, and data analysis.
