Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support by responding to and resolving customer requests in relation to Exly's product & operations difficulties by providing fast, efficient and friendly customer service.
Resolve customer issues and escalate situations to respective teams when necessary.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Provide information about products and services to customers
Collaborate with the team to improve customer service procedures
Assist in analysing customer feedback and suggesting improvements
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering professional service
Adapt to various customer service tools and technology used within the company
Requirements:
● 1-3 years experience in an early-stage start-up environment and inherent hustle factor would be
an advantage.
● Interpersonal skills, ability to form strong relationships.
● Demonstrate a proactive approach by taking ownership of customer issues and providing
assistance through Calls, Email and Chat.
● Analytical ability to identify root cause of issues and fix problems systematically.
● Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on fostering positive
customer interactions.
