Roles & Responsibilities:
● Understand customer’s business and help them leverage Exly’s offerings to the maximum.
● Sustain Exly’s growth by ensuring retention.
● Provide unique insights based on customer interactions to support product development.
● Setup processes and systems for customer support.
● Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
Requirements:
● 2-3 years experience in an early-stage start-up environment and inherent hustle factor would be
an advantage.
● Interpersonal skills, ability to form strong relationships.
● Demonstrate a proactive approach by taking ownership of customer issues and providing
assistance through Calls, Email and Chat.
● Analytical ability to identify root cause of issues and fix problems systematically.
● Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on fostering positive
customer interactions.
