Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support by responding to and resolving customer requests in relation to Exly's product & operations difficulties by providing fast, efficient and friendly customer service.

  • Resolve customer issues and escalate situations to respective teams when necessary.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

  • Provide information about products and services to customers

  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer service procedures

  • Assist in analysing customer feedback and suggesting improvements

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering professional service

  • Adapt to various customer service tools and technology used within the company


Requirements:

● 1-3  years experience in an early-stage start-up environment and inherent hustle factor would be

an advantage.

● Interpersonal skills, ability to form strong relationships.

● Demonstrate a proactive approach by taking ownership of customer issues and providing

assistance through Calls, Email and Chat.

● Analytical ability to identify root cause of issues and fix problems systematically.

● Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on fostering positive

customer interactions.
