Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for moderating webinars (online workshops) and engaging with leads post-webinar to close them for our upsell program. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations & sales within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

Webinar Moderation:

  • Assist in the preparation and setup of webinars and act as the main point of contact during webinars, ensuring a smooth experience for participants.

  • Manage and facilitate Q&A sessions, addressing attendee questions and concerns (if required).

Lead Engagement and Follow-Up:

  • Contact webinar attendees post-event to assess interest in our upsell program and effectively communicate the benefits/features of the upsell program to prospects.

  • Close sales and meet or exceed assigned targets.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of webinar attendance, lead interactions & any other relevant information.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Operations Manager on lead status and sales performance.

Requirement: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable speaking in front of an audience.

  • Basic understanding of customer service practices is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
